Challenge

Two airfields of one operator, two different sites. One needed a compact open unit on a base frame; the other an enclosed unit protected from snow, rain and wind. Both had to deliver the same jet fuel quality and work the same way, so that operators and maintenance staff at either airfield follow one procedure and keep one set of spare elements.
Solution

AVRON built two filtration units of the same design — staged filtration and water separation, metering and a local control panel. One stands on an open base frame; the other sits inside a frame with a weather roof and mesh side panels.
  • Jet fuel filtration units, 90 m³/h — 2
  • Open execution on a base frame — 1
  • Frame with weather roof and mesh side panels — 1
  • Local control panel on each unit
Result

2 units
90 m³/h each, one design and one control logic at both airfields.
