Your challenges
What depot and terminal operators ask us to solve
  • Custody accuracy
Every batch must be measured to custody transfer accuracy — and the verified, sealed meter must stand as proof if a delivered quantity is disputed.
  • Safe loading
Loading must not start until grounding, overfill protection and arm position are confirmed.
  • Throughput
More trucks and rail cars per shift without adding bays or staff.
  • No manual accounting
Loading records and reports must go to the accounting system without logbooks and re-typing.
  • Product branding
Premium and branded fuels need exact additive doses on every batch, recorded for accounting.
  • Harsh climate
Equipment must run reliably from −40 °C to +55 °C, in dust, sand and wind.

Case study

Oil depot of a mining company, Kazakhstan: automated truck loading

Kazakhstan · 2022

Challenge. Trucks were loaded by hand and volumes written in a logbook, so losses between the depot and the mines could not be traced to a bay, a shift or a driver — and every overfilled hatch was a fire risk.

Solution. Two custody metering skids, two loading platforms with sealed top loading arms and full automation, designed and built by AVRON.

Result. Delivered in 6 months.
