Configurations
Built for your terminal
Road tanker loading
Top loading through the hatch with sealed arms, or bottom loading with couplings. One or two-sided loading platforms.
Rail tank car loading and unloading
Loading racks and unloading units for rail tank cars with custody metering.
Custody metering skids
Mass (Coriolis) or volumetric skids, 30–420 m³/h, DN 50–250, for loading and unloading. A filter and gas separator ensure only liquid is metered. Meters are verified at our plant before shipment.
Complete loading islands
Loading platforms, gangways, loading arms, metering and automation supplied as one package.
Mobile loading unit
Metering skid and loading device on a wheeled platform — with a loading platform for top loading. Plug connectors for power: roll it into place, connect and load.
Pumpless version
Supplied without a pump where your own pump station provides the flow and pressure.
SMALL-VOLUME DISPENSING
Refuelling units for heavy machinery
A compact version of the loading system in a dispenser-style enclosure, for quarries, mines and processing plants that refuel dump trucks, excavators and other machinery with large tanks.
Up to 250 L/min (15 m³/h), one hose with a dispensing nozzle
Pump, filter, volumetric meter and control valve; accuracy 0.25 %
Diesel, less often gasoline
Card terminal with driver cards and fuel limits — self-service without an operator
Reports by card and by bay; reconciliation with tank levels
Fixed or mobile; −40 °C to +55 °C, Ex d
Automation
Control systems that remove the human factor
Our own PLC-based control system and operator software run every bay, tank and transfer at the facility — and pass the data straight into your accounting system.
Safety interlocks
Loading starts only when every permissive is confirmed: tanker grounding, overfill sensor, arm in the hatch, gangway lowered, product temperature — up to 20–30 interlocks per bay.
Accurate batch control
Two-stage (high/low flow) valves stop loading exactly at the set volume or mass, measured by mass (Coriolis) or volumetric meters.
Documents generated automatically
Loading records, shift and monthly reports and fuel movement reports — no manual logbooks.
Data into your ERP
Export to your accounting and ERP systems; SCADA integration via Modbus, TCP/IP and HART. Non-standard protocols on request.
Whole-terminal control
Tank levels, remote valve control and emergency shutdown (ESD) at any level — from one bay to the whole site.
Scalable and traceable
Up to 10 bays per controller, cabinets with spare capacity for future bays, user access levels and a log of every operation.
Process modules are supplied with heating, ventilation and gas detection. Each system is built to the site: number of bays, products, flow rates, connections and level of automation.
