Branded fuels

Performance additive packages dosed by recipe for each product.
Any additive to customer specification

Up to 6 additives in one unit, each on its own line and recipe.
Aviation: FSII injection

Fuel system icing inhibitor injected into jet fuel during fuelling, with chemical-resistant seals and stainless steel wetted parts.
Fits your existing terminal

The unit can be added to existing loading bays and connected to your existing additive tanks and control system.

How it works

Four steps, no manual work

Set the recipe

The operator selects the product and dose (ppm or g/m³) at the workstation. Recipes are stored in the controller.
Inject before the meter

Additive is injected upstream of the custody meter, so the delivered quantity already includes it.
Dose with the flow

The dosing pump follows the loading flow; each additive line is metered by volume or mass.
Stop automatically

When the set dose is reached, a tight shut-off valve closes the line. Every batch is logged.

Built for corrosive additives and cold winters

Stainless steel additive tank

Resists corrosive additives.
Heat tracing and insulation

Additives stay pumpable in winter; operation from −40 °C to +55 °C.
Level control

Level gauge with high/low alarms, sight glass, drain, breathing valve with flame arrester.
Pumps matched to the additive

Transfer pump to fill the tank; gear, diaphragm or plunger dosing pump.
Metering integrity

Filters, check valves, relief valve and Class A tight shut-off valves prevent back-flow, leaks and dosing errors.
Easy service

Removable cladding panels give full access.
