Challenge

The depot fuels the company’s own mines. Trucks were loaded by hand: an operator opened the valve, read the meter and wrote the volume in a logbook. Losses between the depot and the mines could not be traced to a bay, a shift or a driver, and every overfilled hatch was a fire risk. The company needed loading that stops itself at the set quantity and a record nobody can edit afterwards.
Solution

AVRON designed and built the truck loading system and its automation, and tested it at our plant before shipment.
  • Custody metering skids, 50 m³/h — 2
  • Modular one-sided loading platforms — 2
  • Sealed top loading arms — 2
  • Automation system
Result

6 months
From contract to delivery (July – December 2022).
