Coarse and fine filtration of incoming fuel, water separation as an option.
Transfer within the fuel farm
Multi-stage filtration between storage tanks.
Refueller loading
Fine filtration with coalescing water separation and custody metering; bottom-loading coupling.
Into-plane fuelling
Four or more filtration stages with FSII injection for direct fuelling at small airfields and heliports.
Why our filtration units
12 details that matter in daily operation
Staged filtration that protects itself
100 → 30 → 15 → 5 → 3 µm, down to 1 µm, plus coalescer. Each stage protects the next, so fine elements are not overloaded and last longer.
Water under control
EI 1581-qualified coalescer and separator elements from leading manufacturers, water sump sensor and automatic water drain.
Element change in minutes
Quick-opening hinged covers with swing bolts and horizontal vessels at working height.
Air eliminator on every vessel
Each filter housing vents air automatically and has a flow indicator — vessels always run full, no separate air separator needed.
Redundant overpressure protection
Double relief valve system: if one valve fails, the second still protects elements and pumps.
Static dissipator
Removes static charge from the fuel stream before issue.
Quality checked on the spot
Sampling points at inlet, between stages and at outlet, plus a visual fuel inspection vessel.
Element condition always visible
Differential pressure gauges or transmitters on each stage, shown locally and in the control system.
Pump or pumpless
Self-priming pump, or a pumpless version for hydrant and pressurised systems with an inlet pressure regulator that protects the filters.
Operator-proof design
An engraved metal P&ID plate on the unit and P&ID numbers on every valve handle — no wrong valve during maintenance.
FSII injection
Proportional injection of fuel system icing inhibitor into the fuel stream, with dose adjustment, inhibitor tank level monitoring and a sight gauge. Chemical-resistant seals and stainless steel wetted parts throughout the FSII line.
Lead time from 3 months
Standard configurations are built and factory-tested in about three months; imported pumps or meters can add 2–3 weeks.
Metering and automation
Custody metering built in
Mass (Coriolis) or volumetric metering with custody transfer accuracy: 0.1–0.2 % by mass, 0.25 % by volume. The unit measures mass, volume, density and temperature. A PLC with our own software controls pumps, valves and interlocks, runs emergency shutdown and sends data to your SCADA system.
Built in-house
Vessels made at our plant
Filter vessels are made at our plant — laser cutting, plate rolling, welding and pressure testing — so we control quality and lead time. Every unit passes factory acceptance tests. Dimensions, connections and flow rates are adapted to your site.
